Parent Verdict

Tim Burton's macabre comedy leans hard into gross-out afterlife imagery: a soul-sucking villain who staples herself together, shrunken heads, a birth scene with a monstrous baby, and plenty of comedic gore. Add regular profanity and crude innuendo and this fits its PG-13 squarely. For teens 13 and up who enjoy dark humor.
