The opening scene shows a small child's arm bitten off before he's dragged into a sewer, and the terror rarely lets up from there — this is real horror, not teen-friendly spooky. The kid protagonists also swear constantly, which makes tweens want to watch it. Hold the line at 16, or 15 for hardened horror fans.
